400 Beach Drive Condos
400 Beach was built in 2007. 400 Beach and it’s sister building, Parkshore Plaza, are a block apart from one another, but each has a slightly different feel. The common areas at 400 Beach are more contemporary and the pool there has a view of the water, whereas Parkshore’s is more traditional and is surrounded by the building. Parkshore is more centrally located and 400 Beach is built and angled a bit more to the east so has better views of Tampa Bay and even the Skyway bridge. 400 Beach Drive and Parkshore Plaza are two of the most popular condo projects in Downtown St. Petersburg, and were both developed by Opus South, a year apart.
Floor plans for the two buildings are similar, but also have some differences. If you are in the market for a luxury condo, it is worth viewing both buildings to see which is more your style.
