Bad MLS Photos: Friday the 13th Edition

It’s Friday the 13th and it’s time for some more scary BAD MLS Photos!

Let me start by saying, my broker would FIRE my butt if I put a photo like any of these in the MLS. MLS is a marketing tool, and if your house looks like this, first of all, for shame! But secondly, the Realtor should just skip that room – does any homeowner want their home marketed this way? (Hell, skip the whole house if it looks like that – do you really want that listing, Mr. Realtor?) It might be better off just shooting the outside!
