Already 90 days ahead of schedule, ONE St. Petersburg also includes plans for a 13-story Hyatt hotel. The hotel portion is expected to open late next year ahead of the 2018 opening of the ONE condominiums. With a great selection of units still available for purchase, it’s an excellent time to make your selection and ensure you get the floorplan and view you desire.
