Locally, there are many Tampa New Construction homes available but fewer in Pinellas County. Builders are often paying for all of the buyer’s closing costs, throwing in upgrades and more. To find out how to take advantage of some of these perks, its important to have a Realtor who specializes in New Construction before you visit the builder’s model, as most builders will not negotiate with a Realtor if you’ve already registered at the model without a Realtor. Besides, it costs you nothing to have a Realtor represent your interests when buying new, so why not?
